I have been following the ZOE program for about a year. I found the feedback very helpful and the program is definitely tailored to my lab results. I would be interested to see the source of this HealthHacks knowledge and recommendations. Everything ZOE recommends is based in research. Check out the podcast. It’s great! I will continue my complaint of Dr. Ramani - as well as continuing to report what I experienced. If my stalker is in touch with any more of the workers on my property this will be reported to the police department. Immediately. I have hidden cameras on my property- anyone who comes onto the property will be seen - I climbed my roof at 3am to position them.

She used her platform to gaslight and cyberstalk me for 6 years!! This psychologist did this to me! I have no explanation about who ordered the abuse community to troll me. I’m not in that field and had no platform dedicated to abuse. My platform was attacked by social media and my local peer group who lied about me and my job. I’m now dealing with feeling suicidal as my home was also targeted for burglary. That’s a tiny bit of information about what happened to me. I hope someone can change this culture on UA-cam and the other social media companies as I was attacked on all of them!

Great questions great interview. As a father of 8 and husband to a devoted wife and mother, who knows very much about living with a pregnant mother… I take your review with a grain of salt, I appreciate your experience but it’s hard to give much credibility given the hormonal state you were in. Nothing against you, but they is too much going on that’s out of your control

The worst nightmare of the narcissistic devil is 3 things 1 how they choose their target for long term relationship & manage to cheat and do everything with out questions 2 how they mirror your likes because they're no body infront of you they put mirror infront on you..because they're long time dead ropat with a masks 3 is the fear of exposure to who they really are behind the mask and face the consequences of their deceiving and fraudulent actions out in to the public

How does one survive if they're so psychopathic they've made it impossible to escape them? I mean they control everything and deliberately hurt their victim, sadistic tendencies. Not dark triad, full on tetrad And they get worse when confronted, and wouldn't stop because they enjoy knowing that the harm they're inflicting is working.

I wish I understood my ex husband was a malignant narcissist. he has significant childhood trauma, so I focussed on getting him help when his profound cheating, lying, gaslighting, emotional abuse, financial abuse and addiction was discovered. he pretended to get help but never really did. he left eventually, then spent two years saying he wanted to get back together, all the while still cheating. the divorce settlement is 3 years in, and no end in sight. everything said here resonates.

Is it certified organic?

Living with a narcissist is so difficult. My father is very narcissistic which took a toll on me in a way. When i got diagnosed with depression, bpd, and aspd he would try to paint me as the bad guy in whatever argument we got in. If i would tell him how i fully feel, which is very difficult for me to do, he would make me seem like the problem and then make himself the victim (he actually called the police on me when i opened up about my thoughts of sh which got me in the mental hospital). Its really a terrible experience and no one should really go through that.

Is there any hope for people with the TRAITS getting better?
